I’m Matt Killip, Founder and Director of Killip Builds. With over ten years in the construction industry, I am passionate about building high-quality homes and ensuring a seamless experience for my clients. My commitment to clear communication, integrity, and reliability is at the core of everything we do at Killip Builds.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife Millie growing our own food and creating home-cooked meals. Cooking is one of my passions, especially with fire and charcoal. Music has been a huge part of my life either playing guitar or getting out to watch live musicians or even just listening to music.
I enjoy getting out on the golf course with friends. I also like to go fishing whenever the weather permits.

Millie is on team to ensure thorough compliance to our Rave™ dedicated software management systems and project reporting compliance. All SAS and paperwork; such as project scoping, progress reporting, budget tracking and invoicing is care of Millie.
Marshall Collinson-Smith
Marshall brings an assured, professional presence to KILLIP BUILDS building sites. His strength is in understanding desired outcomes and working diligently to achieve or better desired project outcomes.
Sam Killip
Sam is our site go to guy – ensuring the site is operating to schedule whilst meeting all contractual material and delivery deadlines and safety obligations Sam’s strength is in producing the right outcome and keeping all site employees on task.
