Project Management
Rave™ project management assists KILLIP BUILDS greatly to scope, budget and mange all category build stages. There is also a private user account for you - to help follow and fully understand all stages of construction as we proceed together. Rave keeps track of all project invoices, labour hours, activations and completion attached to each management stage (e.g. foundations, wall framing etc). This allows us to track everything in real time and provide agreed weekly or monthly reports. Keeping you well informed is our clear commitment.
Health and Safety
Health and safety is a top priority on our sites. We use HazardCo to manage all H&S processes, ensuring every person on site is properly inducted, aware of potential risks, and required to scan in and out for full accountability. Weekly toolbox meetings are held to review both new and existing hazards, keeping safety front of mind at all times.
